Amazing customer service
I’ve had a really positive experience with One Utility and honestly wish I’d signed up with them sooner.
Moving into a new place was really stressful, especially when you’re trying to sort out gas, water, and electricity all at once, but they made the whole process feel straightforward and hassle-free.
Everything was set up quickly, and I didn’t have to chase different providers or deal with confusing paperwork. It’s such a relief knowing it’s all handled in one place, and it’s saved me a lot of time and effort.
What really stood out to me though was the customer service. Kyle and Liam were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with how it all worked. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely seem to care about helping you, i steuggle with anxiety and they really helped me and felt like i had someone on standbye to support me they are a real credit to the company.
Overall, I’ve been really happy with the service and would definitely recommend One Utility to anyone looking for an easier way to manage their bills.
