It was very frustrating because I was so anxious about the issue that needed dealing with. This afternoon, however, was a much improved service. I was attended to by Erica on the chat line and she was excellent! She was patient, informative, amicable, knowledgeable and her attentive chat manner was easy but professional. Thank you lots, Erica, for guiding me through everything and for taking the problem away for me!

Iâve had a really positive experience with One Utility and honestly wish Iâd signed up with them sooner.
Moving into a new place was really stressful, especially when youâre trying to sort out gas, water, and electricity all at once, but they made the whole process feel straightforward and hassle-free.
Everything was set up quickly, and I didnât have to chase different providers or deal with confusing paperwork. Itâs such a relief knowing itâs all handled in one place, and itâs saved me a lot of time and effort.
What really stood out to me though was the customer service. Kyle and Liam were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with how it all worked.
