limited choice of locations nearby - chose kids pass, and still waiting for details to come through 2 weeks later...

Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused. Having reviewed your case, I can see that your voucher was validated on 7th March, after its expiry date of 2nd March. As a result, it was not processed, which is why you did not receive any details.
That said, I’ve now made an exception and extended your voucher so this can be completed. Your children’s pass details will be sent to you within the next 7 days. If you have any further questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
