Don't use this company as a business if you actually want to be protected and get what you pay for. No one at BT wants to help sort faults out, they deny you are a business at all when asking for help. No one wants to help or hold their hands up when they do something wrong particularly when it's going to cause a business a lot of issues because of errors BT have made themselves.
