Have your eyes wide open to the range of experience

I have to say that the surgical side of my experience with optical Express was second to none. I had lens replacement surgery and I have now excellent sight without glasses. Reading better than 20/20 and perfect close up vision. However, the administration side has left va lot to be desired. I have had a number of grumbles from my initial consultation which I raised with, however my main issues have been with follow up appointments. I live in Norwich and had surgery in Chelmsford and elected to have my first aftercare appointment in Norwich. I then got an email stating my aftercare appointment was in Chelmsford, 83 miles away. Call the head office number to be told there was no clinic in Norwich that day. Get contacted by Norwich after complaining and yes, there was a clinic and I was seen. Following another follow up I booked an appointment for 4th April with a person in store. Next day I get an email to say that I had an appointment at a different time on a different day which means I have to close my diary at work which affects my income. The follow up side is horrific. With out making a pun, go into this with your eyes wide open. The results can be amazing, but the way you are treated for the amount of money that you have spent is shocking. (8K)
