I really rate Gymproluxe as a product. I have recently purchased a multipack to replace a couple of bands that have snapped (I didn't pursue free replacements although I believe they should have a lifetime guarantee). 10 days after ordering and not receiving the order which should be delivered on a 48 hour tracked shipment I have had to chase for an update and have been told that they are out of stock and not available for another 2-3 weeks. Very disappointing. Poor communication
