EXCEPTIONALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
LEFT WITHOUT OIL AND WE HAVE HAD TO LEAVE OUR HOME
Ordered 500l at the start of the oil crisis. They said the latest it would be delivered would be on a Friday. On Friday no delivery and no explanation for why. On Monday still no delivery, however price was quoted at just over £500. We were assured this price would remain the same. On Tuesday someone rang and said it would cost £770. We said we would not pay as we had been assured a different price. They agreed to cheaper price. Wednesday a staff member came round, spent 2 minutes looking at our tank, to then drive off without delivering and without speaking to us. Rang again and they said the tank is split. We had a plumber come round who said the tank is fine. Tried to contact Watson again to dispute the damage and asked for someone to tell us where the suspected damage was. No response and still waiting for acknowledgment.
