Great food, simple delivery, and excellent customer care
I’ve had a really positive experience with Prep Kitchen so far. The food quality is genuinely impressive - everything tastes fresh, well-balanced, and properly thought through. There’s also a great variety of meals, which keeps things interesting and makes it easy to stay consistent.
Delivery has been smooth and straightforward every time, which makes the whole process effortless.
A standout moment for me was when Sam from the team gave me a call to check in on my experience. It was a really nice touch and made it feel like they genuinely care about their customers. I was able to give honest feedback, and it felt like it was actually being listened to.
Overall, a great service that I’d definitely recommend 👍
