I have shopped with shopsta many times and after buying several touch lamps one of which turned out to be faulty I corresponded with Ada from shopsta who sorted out a replacement for me straight away after sending proof of the faulty lamp I have to say Ada always responded to me within minutes of sending an email with kindness and willingness to help put right the problem I would just like to also add in all my experience shopping online I have found shopsta to be excellent 5 star customer service.
