AVOID. I'm being customer of BT and EE since 2014 until now (2026) paying £68 a month when my contract is £40 including BT Sports (Discovery plus Tnt whatever they change every 6 months) getting download 36mbps and 5mbps upload. Living in Wellingborough Northamptonshire. I've gave a termination notice within two months. Never received a confirmation email about cancellation. Just get another provider stay away from them
