We are able to get help 24/7, when travelling this is a most helpful
We had booked and paid in full, for our annual holiday to Cuba. Unfortunately, the UK Government gave advice not to travel there, so the whole holiday had to be cancelled. To say that I was relieved that we had booked through Dial a Flight is an understatement, as I wouldn't have known where to start. Our Travel Manager, Mason, got onto the case straight away and we had the money credited back onto our card in good time. We went ahead to book another holiday, also booked through Dial a Flight and all went smoothly until we were on our way home. Our flight was cancelled, which meant an overnight stay and that we couldn’t have caught the second leg of our journey home. I rang at 3am to ask for help, which we got, and it meant that we didn't have as much of a stressful time as it could have been if we had booked it ourselves. I can't recall how many holidays we have booked through Dial a Flight, but I don't want to go anywhere else as we get such good service and the prices are competitive too
