We had booked and paid in full, for our annual holiday to Cuba. Unfortunately, the UK Government gave advice not to travel there, so the whole holiday had to be cancelled. To say that I was relieved that we had booked through Dial a Flight is an understatement, as I wouldn't have known where to start. Our Travel Manager, Mason, got onto the case straight away and we had the money credited back onto our card in good time. We went ahead to book another holiday, also booked through Dial a Flight and all went smoothly until we were on our way home. Our flight was cancelled, which meant an overnight stay and that we couldn’t have caught the second leg of our journey home. I rang at 3am to ask for help, which we got, and it meant that we didn't have as much of a stressful time as it could have been if we had booked it ourselves. I can't recall how many holidays we have booked through Dial a Flight, but I don't want to go anywhere else as we get such good service and the prices are competitive too

I love dealing with Bears4U, they are extremely helpful and friendly. I have bought six over the years, and they have all been faultless. The bear itself is so cute, the jumper good quality and the embroidery perfect. They are delivered in good time and I have had positive feedback from the recipients parents as to the packaging and the good quality of the gift. Highly recommend

We have just enjoyed another holiday, which was organised by Mason at Dial a Flight. We have been using them to organise our holidays for a number of years and have enjoyed excellent service from them. They have a 24 hour emergency number, which has come in very useful as things do go wrong when travelling. Knowing that we can phone and speak to someone who is able to help us, gives us piece of mind. They have found us some delightful places to visit and we have returned to many of them.

Mason has helped me book a number of holidays over a few years from European getaways and further afield.
Twice now we have had to call Dial A Flight when en route as part of our travel plans have been disrupted and it was so comforting to have someone on the end of the phone calmly sorting out alternative arrangements. Helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble and invaluable for piece of mind

Next are always good to deal with, it is easy and simple to navigate their website and place an order which comes in good time. The prices are very competitive and I use the Next Unlimited service which is very good value for money

Next are a very good company to deal with. The clothing is good quality and the prices fair. Their delivery and returns policy is very useful when trying to find something to buy as there is so much choice. The Next website is very easy to navigate and has very useful filters to enable you to find exactly what you are looking for. This was our second trip to Mallorca which Dial a Flight had organised last year, and as we loved it so much, we returned to Hotel Aimia at Port Soller this year. As I quite often travel with my female friends, it is very reassuring that we are able to travel to places that have been researched by experts so we do not have any worries. From the time we leave home to the time we return, the travel is convenient and once at the lovely hotel, it is totally relaxing. The prices are competitive too. I love placing an order with Next, it is quick, easy and convenient to return unwanted items to the store. The two items bought this time were both lovely, so I didn't need to return them :)
