Zwei wichtige Briefe verloren – Tracking bleibt einfach stehen
Zwei wichtige Briefe wurden von mir im Abstand von etwa 10 Tagen nach Irland versendet – beide sind offenbar verloren gegangen. Das Tracking von AnPost ist in beiden Fällen nicht hilfreich: Beim letzten Brief bleibt der Status einfach bei „In Auslieferung“ stehen, ohne jede weitere Aktualisierung.
Gerade bei wichtigen Dokumenten ist so etwas absolut inakzeptabel. Es fehlt an Transparenz, Verlässlichkeit und Nachverfolgbarkeit. Dass gleich zwei Sendungen hintereinander betroffen sind, lässt stark an der Zuverlässigkeit des Dienstes zweifeln.
