I found Jane Plan meals DISGUSTING!!

I found Jane Plan meals on about three that I chose were quite nice and palatable.. The rest were tasteless, the penne pasta cooked to the time specified was like chewing plastic, mince and sauce tasteless, I would say the best meals were the soups, the rest I threw in the bin, I like herbs and taste to my meals but I found I was plastering my meals in additives like seasoning, herbs and such.. I paid half price for my first batch, and ate only half of the batch, I cancelled my other packs, and was charged £150 for cancelling getting nothing for it..

I did have Jane Plan for one month about 20 years ago, but the meals were very tasty, and no penalties for not having another month or two if you changed your mind, in my opinion her standards and meals have dropped.

Feel totally robbed!! Especially being charged £150 after one week of saying I didn’t want anymore meals from her company, most unfair,..

My advice!! Steer clear the meals are not worth it!! And if you cancel you’ll be robbed of £150 up to £400.. She ought to be ashamed of herself, making people pay out such a harsh penalty fee. 😡

We’re very sorry to hear that many of the meals didn’t meet your expectations. With over 80 meals available and the option to change your menu between deliveries, we aim to give all our members plenty of variety to suit different tastes. We also offer our Swap Up service, which allows meals from a previous delivery to be swapped for new ones if they aren’t to your liking.

Regarding cancellations, we do have a cancel any time policy with no cancellation fees. The only adjustment applies if you have signed up for a longer-duration plan at a discounted rate – in that case, if you cancel early, we simply ask that you pay the difference between the longer plan price and the shorter duration completed, as explained in our terms and conditions. This ensures members receive the discounted rate fairly.
