Am on hold again this week
Am on hold again this week, no 15 in the queue at the moment. Last week after being on hold for 1h40, my issue was supposedly resolved but it turns out it wasn't resolved! So now due to a new it system that flogas installed it seems there is less chance of moving seamlessly to another provider when you are out of contract and on a budget system. My advice would be to stay away from Flogas as moving to another provider is a nightmare. Plus when i did speak with a human they told me I am out of contract so I am paying a highter rate!
