Not long on hold

I was only onhold for a few mins before my call was answered. I dealt with Jessi who was very pleasant and helpful. I had a few queries about my car insurance and Jessi helped me to sort them out.

I have just registered with Yuno…

I have just registered with Yuno Engergy and the move to this supplier was seamless. Yuno energy also offered a good rate. Good customer care makes a big difference and being able to speak with a human when making these moves is lovely. I was helped by Elvis who was really pleasant, cheerful and efficient.

Am on hold again this week

Am on hold again this week, no 15 in the queue at the moment. Last week after being on hold for 1h40, my issue was supposedly resolved but it turns out it wasn't resolved! So now due to a new it system that flogas installed it seems there is less chance of moving seamlessly to another provider when you are out of contract and on a budget system. My advice would be to stay away from Flogas as moving to another provider is a nightmare. Plus when i did speak with a human they told me I am out of contract so I am paying a highter rate!

Love 48

Love 48, i signed my mother up with them a few years ago and never any issues and rates are good. I l be moving to them myself once I m finished with my current contract!

Currently on hold with them for over an…

Currently on hold with them for over an hour and 40 mins, shocking lack of customer service! Giving up now, i will get in touch with the ombudsman if I can't get an answer from them, a bot directed me to an email address but looking at the reviews they don't tend to answer emails (like phones) promptly!

If i could give zero stars i would

If i could give zero stars i would. I bought this swimsuit online as i presumed it was a uk company and delivery would be fast!! Much to my surprise it is not a uk co but is supposedly based in the USA, but who knows as i still havn't received my order which was placed on 2 May. Latest update is the company can't find my order which, according to the tracking no is in Newbridge in a delivery centre since 30 May??? They are resending the order from CHINA!! its a scam company folks!
