We can see that the team did investigate this matter and that the address entered at checkout was confirmed incorrectly. Customers are advised to check their order confirmation details and contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible if any amendments are needed. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery details.
