Quality of recipes and food is poor, falling behind other competitors. Any meals which don't include either a vegetarian option, chicken thigh or their disgusting vacuum packed beef requires a surcharge. I used Hello Fresh before and it was great, but after trying a competitor I've realised that the quality and menu choose is shocking.

We're so sorry to hear that you haven' been impressed with the quality of some of our ingredients but we sincerely hope you were able to make the recipes.
We try to ensure the highest quality by working with trusted small Suppliers and by keeping the protein and dairy products wrapped in ice packs during transit and storing ingredients in our temperature-controlled facility before sending them out.
In regards to the meal selection, we have over 40 recipes to choose from each week, but we do offer a number of additional services such as premium meals or add-ons with an incurring surcharge. These include premium meals, steak night, our street food range and super rapid recipe. The premium meals might have two proteins or include gourmet ingredients such as black garlic or 21 day matured steak. Our street food recipes allow you to experience the flavours and smells of the best Street Food markets across the globe.
