We went along to the store to consider a new sofa. I was very pleased that we were able to browse around the store without any pressure from staff. Once we decided on our preferred item we were dealt with by Tina & Tom. They were extremely helpful in making suggestions/pointing out options and we placed our order with minimum fuss. This was the first time we had visited John Doe and it will not be the last. 5* performance.
