We went along to the store to consider a new sofa. I was very pleased that we were able to browse around the store without any pressure from staff. Once we decided on our preferred item we were dealt with by Tina & Tom. They were extremely helpful in making suggestions/pointing out options and we placed our order with minimum fuss. This was the first time we had visited John Doe and it will not be the last. 5* performance.

A very well handled renewal of 2 policies with some need to correct information held. The whole experience was excellent. Sadly I have mislaid the note with the agent's reference but N&7 were part of the 3 digit code

I dealt with Gary who was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue which could not be dealt with online. Full marks for a pleasant and helpful discussion/solution.

I phoned with a less than straight forward situation - changing cars on policy expiry date and was talked through the requirements in an easy to understand way and an excellent outcome.

Just a very straight forward process on line. Also looking at the vehicle details which you displayed when I logged in, I realised that one of our vehicles had an expired MOT!

First time order from Kite and very pleased with the products purchased. However, on delivery the packaging on several of the items was covered in a messy black substance which the courier said was not from his van. I got it all over my jeans but thankfully washed out ok. Once outer packaging removed everything was fine. Would certainly use again.
