One of the worst customer services experience.. completely incompetent people sitting at back . They messed up my deliveries twice for same order. I specifically called and asked them to change my delivery adress and they confirmed each time they confirmed my correct delivery adress and both time ; 20th March and 24th March went to my old house from where I have moved out even though it’s 15 minutes away they wudnt deliver same day to my correct adress and cherry on top v casually gave me option ye take another off day from work or we can refund you like it’s a joke you order something wait for your new home n then ye cus we r so incompetent take the refund… Horrendous
