Poor Delivery Experience and No Updates
Ordering the flooring was simple but receiving it was a totally different experience. The tiles were supposed to arrive on a Monday, I was sent a tracking link which showed when they were close to delivery but then they didn't show up and I was told that I had rejected the tiles when in reality they never arrived. Then they were supposed to arrive Tuesday..same thing but different story, technical issue on their side, yet I saw they were out for delivery via the tracking link, so now arriving on Wednesday
Which they did and then I was told by the delivery man that he had reached his destination on Tuesday but had to return the tiles as they had sent the wrong colour.
I have security cameras so I know they never reached my doorstep until Wednesday and I had to take 3 days off to wait in for the tiles.
No one contacted me with any updates regarding my non delivery,I had to chase them up each day.
So which of the three stories were true?
The tiles look great but I won't be ordering from Uk Flooring Direct again as I don't want to go through the same delivery experience.
I'll go back to the flooring company I used before with no issues whatsoever.
