My experience was very poor, he turned up late only called a few minutes before to advise, should have been 8am-1pm slot was closer to 1.45pm
He asked what he was here to do, he joked around more with another guy than getting on with the job.
He left the front plate unscrewed outside, he drilled holes to big so the device just fell off the wall inside leaving 2 holes I now need to fill and paint.
He never went through anything with me, left the old cables connected to router.
Left rubbish outside front of house (black wrapping) I believe the cable came in.
I honestly felt so uncomfortable with these two men I couldn’t wait for them to leave.
Complete joke.
