Appalling service
I sent my watch in for a battery replacement at the end of January for about £48 then they sent me an invoice for £138 with no explanation. Eventually, unlike many people on this forum, I managed to speak to somebody and they explained why and some other bits needed replacement I paid the money on 18th of February we’re now almost at the end of March and it is impossible to contact them by phone by online chat or email. I have never known worse customer service and I fear a potential scam. Don’t use these guys.
