We understand how this pricing difference can feel frustrating, particularly when compared to the cost of fitting lenses into new frames.
Our pricing structure reflects the additional care and adjustments often required to ensure lenses are fitted safely and meet the correct standards when using existing frames. We do, however, appreciate your feedback and recognise that this may not have been clearly explained at the time.
