Do not believe what Sky tell you re cost of their packages
When I renewed my subscription in September 2024 I was told that Sky Cinema would be added free of charge. Whilst I did not want this part of the service, I was persuaded to add it as it was "free". I have recently discovered that I had been paying £10 per month since the renewal for a package that I do not want or use. After speaking with 5 different people over two lengthy calls I have been told that they will not take up my complaint as I am unable to prove that what I am saying is correct. Having been a Sky customer for 25 years this stinks. My current package expires i September and at that stage I think that there will be a parting of the ways. I believe that I was conned
