ive had no internet since 19/03/26 (it is currently 24/03/26), every time i call customer services im waiting anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 mins for someone diabolically rude to answer the phone. absolutely no help and every call i get someone new giving me a completely different answer as to why i cant get help and why an engineer cant be sent out (ranging from there is only 2 engineers in northern ireland and they are currently busy to we didnt actually have an engineer booked and the booking reference/time and date was an automated message and we shouldnt have actually expected an engineer to come, even though the man i was talking to asked me what time i preferred the engineer to come and gave me specific days as to when he could come)... all this not to mention that customer service DO NOT understand the northern irish accent because english is NOT their first language and they seem to be outsourced from south africa or something???? supposedly british company by the way! bottom line - we have been without a service for nearly a week and we are still paying for said service and if we want to terminate the provider you get charged an extortionate amount of money to cancel the service you arent even receiving!! please just go to literally any other company!
