A great product (No 7 shave gel), with several ordered together.
Unfortunately the packaging was inadequate and one arrived totally smashed.
The customer services resolution was appalling (and deeply hidden on their website) and repetitious as though they hoped you'd just give up in frustration.
They also failed to respond to my "how to improve the customer experience suggestions" and deleted my product review which raises serious questions about validity and bias on their website!
I would be reluctant to order online from them again.
