Profiteering

On Sunday 22nd March I booked a surprise shuttle for my husband’s 60th birthday @ 11.03 am and within minutes of booking it, I changed the date to align with friends @ 11.12am and paid the extra money. It became clear I had booked the wrong time and went to change it but accidentally clicked to cancel as my husband came in the room, this was at 11.21am. On realising the error I contacted them immediately to ask them to undo my mistake and was told to contact customer services who have replied to say no, they won’t reinstate this. This is disgraceful and profiteering and clearly a genuine error. A company that take your money for 14 minutes and think that somehow this is acceptable to not reinstate the ticket is disgraceful. I will continue to escalate this as this terrible customer service.
