I placed an order with Rathwood on 25 December 2025, which was never delivered.
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue — including approximately 15 phone calls and 2 emails — I received no meaningful response or delivery update. Due to the lack of fulfilment, I cancelled the order on 4 February 2026.
I was informed that a refund would be issued, however no refund was processed by Rathwood.
The issue was only resolved after I escalated the matter through my payment provider, Klarna, who ultimately refunded me.
Based on my experience, there was a clear lack of communication and failure to follow through on both delivery and refund commitments. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
