YouFibre support team poor service.
Thank you for sending an engineer after 6 weeks. You sent me uncountable emails and multiple calls from Austin.
Engineer Neil from Port Talbot identified the issue immediately. He has booked another new engineer to resolve the issue from the outside box.
Youfibre support team is quick to dodge the matter it took me 6 weeks to get an engineer on site.
Poor customer service but their engineers are really talented.
