So far so good 🤞I have been with YouFibre for a few days and the speed is good. The installation process itself was quick and easy, Jake G. was very professional & helpful and made the whole process very easy. Deffo 5 stars there.

However getting the broadband was a bit of a long process, I was waiting for 3 weeks from my initial installation date to finally have it done. There was a blockage, then I wasn't able to get the date for the installation, then they couldn't see my order so the engineer couldn't complete the installation ... all that with no comms from YouFibre. I would recommend working on a customer service team who will be available to answer the phone & email enquiries in a timely manner & be quick on the webchat.
