Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling let down by Sky VIP and the reliability of your broadband - especially as a long‑standing Platinum customer. That’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have.
Sky VIP rewards should feel worthwhile for everyone, and I understand your frustration if the offers you’re seeing don’t feel relevant, or if postage charges are getting in the way of enjoying them. Your loyalty deserves great recognition.
It’s also concerning to hear about your Wi-Fi dropping out and needing to reboot multiple times a day. That definitely isn’t normal, and we’d really like to get to the bottom of what’s causing it so you can have a stable connection and fully use your apps again.
