Overall im very satisfied with the repair from the engineer who came out to mend my tumble dryer.
He was polite and explained the problem and he returned at a later date to fix the appliance.
The only negative is that the previous engineer that came out was informed of the error code that was showing, but failed to replace the part required, for the intermittent fault.
Another fault was dealt with at the same time.
This resulted in me making a second claim against the insurance policy. Which im hoping will not effect my premiums.
