Overall im very satisfied with the…

Overall im very satisfied with the repair from the engineer who came out to mend my tumble dryer.
He was polite and explained the problem and he returned at a later date to fix the appliance.
The only negative is that the previous engineer that came out was informed of the error code that was showing, but failed to replace the part required, for the intermittent fault.
Another fault was dealt with at the same time.
This resulted in me making a second claim against the insurance policy. Which im hoping will not effect my premiums.

Visited our home to check our appliance today. My husband who met him, says he was polite, thorough, knowledgeable and successful at finding the fault and repairing it. Our appliance is back up and running perfectly. Many thanks, very happy with the service. Excellent communication before hand also. Regular messages with processes and ETA time

Fantastic Service

Just had A++++ customer service from Steph who made claiming on my policy a breeze, really friendly, explained anything I needed to know and replaced my broken Karcher with no hassle, thank you Steph :)

Wrong part sent

Engineer Arrived in time given unfortunately the part sent was incorrect so he has to order the correct one.he made an return appointment but within the hour l had a message with a different date. Speaking to Mikee she quickly changed this for me. So hopefully the right part will be sent

MIKE D 4094; I bought a Bush oven and put and plug it, for some stupid reasons couldn't turn on, so ran the Bush customer number and they told and engineer will come, Mike showed up and fixed the issue, thanks MIKE D4094
