Substitute food is rubbish
My very first order and had to substitute an item had no pot noodles of my choosing and sent out all spicy ones which I can't eat. To send stuff back is very difficult for me as I'm disabled.

On the rare occasion that a meal is out of stock, we may substitute it with an alternative of similar nutritional value. However, we completely understand that the spicy options you received weren’t suitable for you, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
