Overall, I have loved the meals from Prep Kitchen! I have tried a few ready meal delivery companies and this is by far the best. The meals are actually tasty, not just healthy/low cal! I particularly love the Thai Basil beef and Gnocchi Bolognese. Whenever I've had an issue placing my weekly order, the customer service team have always been very helpful and quick to respond! If the price were to remain at what I currently pay, I would definitely continue with Prep Kitchen as I am loving the ease of mealtimes during the week, especially since my partner and I both work full time. The only thing that I think needs improving is the variety of the menu from week to week. There are a lot of curry/noodle dishes but I would love to see more Mediterranean dishes. This is just my preference though. Overall, a great company!

Updraft have been great from the start. The app is really easy to use, communication is excellent and they were very quick at paying my loan into my account. Overall, I'm far more impressed with them than traditional high street banks for getting a loan.

From the moment we booked our stay, the communication was excellent from Pass the Keys. The property was spotlessly clean and exactly as the listing and we really enjoyed our stay! Heather was very helpful throughout and we would definitely book with Pass the Keys again!

I love Octopus. Having worked for an energy company myself years ago, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Octopus provides! The 'saver hours' are great and earning points and credit for our account is brilliant. I only wish every energy company was like Octopus. I feel like we are kept up to date with charges, energy prices and how our account is doing so thank you Octopus for doing such a great job!

Excellent value for money! The cottage we booked was spacious, clean and on a beautiful holiday park! We would definitely use Sykes again.

Can’t fault anything! The free airport lounge voucher was so good! We didn’t get to use the fast track security unfortunately because we went from Manchester airport! Everything was straightforward from the moment we booked. On the beach is always the first website I check for holidays because the prices are so competitive.

Melanie has been really helpful with getting our contracts, employee handbook and other documents sorted. Really impressed with how efficient she is. So far we are very happy with Peninsula.

The best for vitamins, herbs etc! Excellent quality. Excellent customer service! When a product isn’t quite working, they will try and help you find another. Their probiotics, echinacea are very good quality and some of the products have been life changing for me. Would highly recommend.

We bought a wall hung unit for our countertop basin and within 3 weeks the unit was peeling! How can a unit designed for a bathroom suffer from water damage?! Bathroom city replaced the worktop but then a few weeks later we noticed the drawer was now damaged - the laminate was uneven and bumpy, again water damage!! We are talking a couple of splashes from the tap! How can they be allowed to sell items like this that aren’t fit for purpose. They have advised they won’t refund us yet we are now out of pocket a mere 2 months after getting a whole new bathroom!
