Ordering was easy but delivery a problem because Royal Mail won’t leave the parcel due to needing a signature and I don’t get home till about 6.30pm.
Would be better if you gave a choice of what day you want it delivering to ensure someone is home.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand the frustration caused when parcels require a signature and it’s difficult to be home to receive them.
While Royal Mail requires signatures for certain medications, we do offer options to help make delivery easier. For future orders, we can:
Upgrade to 24-hour guaranteed tracked delivery for £6.99, which allows for more precise delivery windows.
Arrange for parcels to be delivered to a safe neighbour or alternative address, where possible.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the patient experience. Please let us know if you would like us to apply any of these options to your next order.

Enjoyed the cruise, staff fantastic, beautiful ship. Would have been nice to hear the captains voice to welcome on and off the ship but never heard from the captain once. When setting sail, the blast of the horn would have been nice to let you know the ship was leaving but again never heard it once, little disappointed.

It did state that my order would be delivered by the 24th May if I spent £100 but it never arrived until the 8th of June.
Also never go a confirmation that my order had been excepted and did worry as payment had been taken. Has there was no order number to follow the order up, it did leave me wondering if I had been scammed. Luckily it was not a scam.

What super guy, very polite and courteous.

Love make meals with a difference and save wasting money on spices you wouldn’t use again. Wish the would deliver abroad as we move abroad last year but love these that much still order them and get family and friends to bring them over. The meals are out of this world 😃
