Huel has become an important part of my Life Plan - I hit 60 earlier this year and as I want to live to 120 that means I am halfway through. Huel now provides me with key meals both on exercise days and on rest days (5:2 plan) Quick and easy to prep, I dont need to be counting calories or protein/carb/fat content as it is all done for me - and the hot n savoury meals are tasty to boot! With flavours like Pasta Bolognese and Chicken & Mushroom, I add a good dash of chilli sauce to spice them up (and the capsaicin in the chilli speeds up metabolism) - Madras is my current favourite.
