I’ve used natures menu for years & think their customer service is excellent. Any time I have had a query they have sorted it straight away & very effectively.

I’ve never had any problems with Waggle. I’ve made a couple of claims & both have gone through without any problems at all. Both settled very quickly.

I’ve been using ProDog Raw for a while now. My dog absolutely loves the food. The customer service I have experienced is second to none. I have asked for help twice over the last few months & Robin has been fantastic both times. My dog has decided she doesn’t like rabbit so Robin changed my subscription straight away without fuss. I then needed another delivery quickly as my daughter came to stay with her dog & Robin stepped up again & arranged a box for me immediately. I’ve been so impressed with the customer service. I would highly recommend this company & the products.

Nothing wrong with the delivery as such but why can’t the driver just knock on the door!!! The last two yodel deliveries I’ve had I’ve been home & the driver doesn’t knock, just leaves the parcel in my ‘safe place’.
