Amazing surprise stag experience!!! Never thought I was into events like this but absolutely loved it. Took part in target archery and axe throwing and did pretty well at both to say it was my first ever go at both. Laughter throughout and ran very professionally by Jimmy who had time to show the whole group how to master the art of archery and the technique of throwing an axe. Would highly recommend as an alternative to just going out on the beers for any stag party. Only downside was he wouldn’t let me throw an axe at the best man 😅.5 ⭐️

First time using these was a bad experience. All goods received just a lot more expensive on the carriage than initially quoted due to bad packaging. But I took this on the chin and tried them again. The last 3 packages have been perfect. Keep it up now guys 👍

This is the first time I’ve used a company like these but I will be looking at other companies for sure. My main problem was the postage costs. They were way off the estimated cost according to parcel weight and I’ve worked out the reason for this. When consolidating both my parcels they just put both boxes into a really big box (way bigger than was necessary) and this was why it increased by over $150 than the original estimate. They then packed it out with loads of paper including all the original packaging and that was it. You have to pay for this service and I feel a professional company would’ve opened both parcels I had there and placed them in a suitable box. Other than that parcel received in good condition and had no problems with customer service who were helpful for the most part.

UPDATE.. planet express have contacted me to say the reason it was in an oversized box was because one of the packages was longer than the other. Which confuses me as the whole idea of consolidating a parcel as per their description was to clear excess packaging and reduce empty space for a cheaper service. Something that the warehouse staff had clearly not done. Anyone can just chuck 2 boxes in a bigger box and pack it out with masses of paper. You pay extra for this service aswell. So I basically paid more for me to have higher postage costs. Unprofessional service that cost me. Hope their service improves for others
