Was seen and repair arranged quickly.
However, I discovered that diagnostics is NOT included in the policy which is very odd to me. This was NOT pointed out to me before purchase, I think this should be included, I only needed the diagnostics because there was something wrong with the car, I did not do it, to see if there was a problem... SO it should be included as part of the plan.
Apart from this can't fault the garage and service received.
