Easy to order despatched promptly and arrived in good condition

Phoned immediately as I was actually entering details on the website, and were quite pushy obviously wanting to close a deal, felt a little pressured to take what was sold as such a good deal, which inview of the additional discount was pretty good, although the base price it was taken from was quite a bit high compared to my renewal and so we wait to see what happens next year at renewal time!

Great products, very helpful phone advice when making the order.
Delivery was not quite when expoected and is only on certain days despite what it may say on the website, however they were accom adating.
Products easy to fit following the online advice, although you do need to adjust the hinges after fitting, so remember to download that page too!
Only gripe I had was that there were not glazing packer included with every window/door, however they were sent by post when I had managed to explain exactly what I was needing.

We ordered online ready made curtains, with stated delivery being 3-5 working days. Half our order arrived within 5 days, but the remainder of the order took over 2 weeks to arrive. I made several emails and telephone calls. The staff were always very good, freindly and courteous, but their promises that delivery would be the next day... were not fulfilled.

However, we are very pleased with the curtains now they have finally arrived! I would use the company again, but don't take any notice of the delivery times as stated on the internet!
