Lewis the mobile garage man, was so nice. He had his van broken into and let me know, to reschedule my Service. On the way, he came across a crash and stayed with the lady involved, who was waiting for an ambulance, but kept me up to date with where he was. Communication was great on every level: informing me of changes, delays, how long he would be etc. it was pouring with rain by the time he started the service. He explained everything that he had done, answered all of my questions without being condescending, gave me hints and tips on the best products to use for my car, and off he went to Lancaster.
A really good bloke, approachable, genuine, professional and very, very reasonable!
Highly recommended and I will recommend him.

Bought via a Facebook advert, describing the product as the viral jelly bras. They are soft but not jelly bras at all. O support and tiny cups. I can’t find anyway to contact them to start a return

The best customer service! I ordered 3 travel size perfumes, to try them. Unfortunately, one of them had leaked on its travels. I emailed the company and was offered a replacement. I asked for an alternative scent and it arrived really quickly. More than they needed to do, and I will highly recommend them to everyone!!!

The agent at the airport could not have been more patient, (I couldn’t find my card), more understanding (I didn’t have 1k deposit), solution resolution centred, ( offered alternative options that were affordable for me), and got me on my way within 20 minutes, in a sparkling, new car. Easy pick up and drop off. Really friendly, professional and considerate staff.

I don’t use a lot of make up, and rarely treat myself, but the box itself is so nice, I has to buy it.

Whilst at the Birkenhead Branch, at the till, we realised that one of our mugs was chipped. The girl at the till was really helpful (there was a huge queue and no one else was helping her at the time). They called a staff member to see if there were anymore mugs in the back. They went to look and came back with a box of perfect mugs. They could not have done more to help me.
Another member of staff jumped on another till to make the queues move quickly.

Got a message to say the parcel has arrived. Then got an email with the QR code to be scanned. Picked up the parcel, easy peasy. The only down side is it took 2 weeks from purchase to arrive.
