Lewis the mobile garage man, was so nice. He had his van broken into and let me know, to reschedule my Service. On the way, he came across a crash and stayed with the lady involved, who was waiting for an ambulance, but kept me up to date with where he was. Communication was great on every level: informing me of changes, delays, how long he would be etc. it was pouring with rain by the time he started the service. He explained everything that he had done, answered all of my questions without being condescending, gave me hints and tips on the best products to use for my car, and off he went to Lancaster.
A really good bloke, approachable, genuine, professional and very, very reasonable!
Highly recommended and I will recommend him.

I found Welbeck garage in Peterborough on this site. I booked a last minute MOT, my own fault. They carried out work that was not necessary and charged me nearly £300. The work was carried out so badly I now have defective brakes and a fault burned out headlight. Avoid at all costs
