Transaction went very smoothly and I was pleased with the offer. They sent the money immediately. The only thing I wasn't so keen on was putting my bank account details in to a link accessed from an email. I'd never usually click on a link from an email and certainly not to enter my bank account details.

Your caution around email links is completely understandable and exactly the right instinct to have in general. The key distinction here is the source — the link came directly from us, a business you had already been in contact with and were expecting to hear from. That's very different from an unsolicited email arriving out of nowhere asking for your details. When you're in an active transaction with a known sender, a payment link as the next step is entirely normal and expected.
That said, if anyone ever receives a link from us and has even the slightest doubt, don't hesitate to give us a call before clicking anything — we're always happy to confirm it's genuinely from us and talk through the process.
