This company started our installation on 25th November 2025 and it is only part complete and they have left us with inefficient and unaffordable heating throughout Christmas and the new year. We cannot now get hold of them and have been on hold for hours, we don't know who else to contact.

Ethan and Lloyd part of the loft team were exceptionally efficient and courteous and left no mess behind after completing the work, even vacuuming the hall carpet!. Thank you..

We had a wonderful time, great food and drinks, friendly and attentive staff, however some slow service as you couldn't order drinks directly from the bar.

Simple to sign up providing all relevant health conditions. Hopefully this will match the service when/if we need it!
