I continually purchase cards/gifts from this company as family and some friends live a long wag away. The ability to personalise each card for the particular recipient is great. The cards and small gifts are very much appreciated. I have only 1 issue and thus doesn't happen frequently but I pay extra for 1/2 day delivery (which is more expensive) but it rarely arrives within the timescale they say. I will continue to use this company but thought it pertinent to mention this problem.

I'm quite fussy and have been reluctant to have window cleaners believing they can't do the job as good as me. However I'm nearly 70 and doing my windows in/outside us getting a little more tiring.
