I know the Chocolates are expensive but the quality is brilliant. Are they made by hand? But they are all very good, that is the reason I ordered so frequently.

Great product for Mother's Day Gift. Presentation excellent and arrived two days after order.

Vile, just disgusting and full of palm and rapeseed oil. Leave a horrible oily texture in your mouth after.
Just bought a box of the Luxury Collection. Very little difference in taste between each flavour and certainly don't look anything link advertised on the TV...

Great chocolate fast delivery

If I could give these chocolates a star rating of ten I would. Best chocolates on the market. Beautifully presented and packaged. Bought them as a Valentines threat for myself. Thoroughly enjoyed every last one of them.

Tastes like really cheap cooking chocolate! We ended up throwing them away after trying a couple each, which is unheard of in our house!

What a Real treat to get a Box of Chocolates that just made our Late Gathering Christmas as a family so much better. There was a Choice of a Treat for every one of us and we even started up a Lilly 0"Brien"s Chocolate Taste Quiz after the Box had been empty for well over an hour. I Never thought any Other Chocolate could take the Crown off Dairy Box Milk Chocolate Number 1 List , Look who was so wrong and I Look Forward to The Next Family Gathering with The Guest of Honour Lily 0"Briens Chocolate at The top of the Dining toom table xx

I did have an error with delivery of some chocolates I ordered. However the company did sucessfully resolve the problem. I am absolutely delighted with Lily O'Brien's chocolates. I was late placing an order in time for my husband's birthday on 20th January. I ordered on 19th but was both surprised and absolutely delighted that they arrived next day on 20th (delivery usually 2-3 days). Chloe in customer care was extremely helpful and communications by email are excellent. Lily O'Brien chocolates are the only ones we ever buy - they are far better than any other chocolate manufacturer. Thank you.
