Don’t refund your money
Made a purchase in January and the parcel was lost by Evri. I requested a refund of the item and was told that this was processed on 20th January. As of today 12th March, no refund has been received. I’ve been told by Christian to speak to my bank which I did and they confirmed no refund. I sent a photo of this conversation. He has no replied saying that they’ve done their part and will now close my ticket so I’m left without a refund of £50. Absolutely disgusting customer service from Wilko. I will never shop with them again and raise a complaint with trading standards.
Update- what an incompetent customer service this company has. I am still fighting to get my refund after nearly 3 months. They keep telling me to go back to payment provider which I have sent them proof that I haven’t received refund. They have given me conflicting information time and time again. Absolute shambles. Will never use again and will make sure family and friends also don’t!
